The product design and development adopt presently advanced UNIGRAPHICS, CATIA computer-aided design system and tri-coordinates measurement system to analyze, measure and chart products. ISO/TS16949:2002 quality management system was strictly practiced during development of the product. APQP & CP, FMEA technique was introduced to control product design process, preventing from defects, avoiding subsequent amendments, reducing product quality hazard and ensuring new product developing quality. With the top-grade laboratory which can do dynamic test, static test and other tests on the developing product, the company has ensured the developing product security.
